In Stretch/Pilates class we use a combination of stretching as well as tools/props to help movement

This helps to improve relaxation and decrease stress

It is a low impact class and a brilliant way to help you stretch your body from head to toe

We start with a gentle workout before stretching to allow our muscles to warm up first- then its time to loosen up

Working through poses held for up to 3 minutes which allows the body to relax and go deeper into the stretch releasing tension and transforming your experience of living in your body
