- be that Mat or Reformer Pilates, Yoga, / Meditation, Mini Barbell Pump, TRX, Step Aerobics, Pilates Teacher Training, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training or Workshops .

The four main forms of fitness classes are Flexibility, Strength, Endurance and Balance, as a variety of movement classes is the key to help build a more functional healthy body and avoid injury in our everyday lives, exercise and hobbies.

Shirley is a highly qualified instructor beginning her career in body mechanics with a background in Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports Injury Therapy from NTC in 2003 which crosses over perfectly to fitness instruction, 200 hour Yoga Teacher training, Meditation and Pilates Teacher Training courses.

Our small group fitness classes are filled with people working out with a common interest and similar goals which creates a shared sense of purpose in the studio -
